Training School

Our training school offers the full JAA PPL(H) training syllabus.

You are required to undertake a minimum of 45 hours of training including a minimum 25 hours of dual control with your instructor, 10 hours of solo flying, 5 hours of instrument flying and 7 written exams. You will also be required to undertake an oral test on Radio Communications. At the end of your course you will undertake a General Handling and Navigation flying test with an examiner.

All training including the theory exams and the final tests can be undertaken at our training school.

Once you have completed your course and qualified you can self-fly hire our helicopters.

Training Prices
Standard – Pay as you go

Block bookings – Hours paid in advance
(PAID BY CHEQUE, CASH OR DEBIT CARD)

Save £7.00 per hour if 10 hours paid in advance
Save £10.00 per hour if 15 hours paid in advance

The above rates do not include LANDING FEES and these will be charged as an extra.

If a customer wishes to pay by CREDIT CARD there will be a 2% charge of the total value invoiced.
